New-Type Environmental-Friendly Epoxy Furan Resin Anchoring Adhesive has integrated with some advantages of epoxy resin and furan resin, such as excellent resistance to acid and alkali; its temperature resistance is higher than that of epoxy resin; it has improved the brittleness of epoxy and furan; the product has high adhesive strength, strong penetrability, and quick curing speed, and the solidification of wet surface is improved; the product provides convenient operation to ensure the project quality. It can be used in the situation of alternation of acid and alkali since it is waterproof, anti-corrosive and acid-base resistant, and its anti-aging life is long. It is widely used in adhesion agent of concrete precast element, adhesion agent and grout agent of ceramic tiles/ concrete and ceramic tiles/ bricks, materials of anchoring adhesive used in rebar bonding. It can be cured and used under atmospheric temperature.

3.Product Features：It is characterized by high adhesive strength, non-flow linked property, proper cure time; it does not pollute stone material; it is also waterproof, freeze-thaw resistant, acid-base resistant, aging-resistant, fireproofing; and it is nontoxic after being cured.It can also be adhered to many materials.

7. Construction Method and Acceptance Specification
|

|
Surface treatment: no laitance, loose materials, dust, oil and grease
Adhesive configuration: mix uniformly component A and component B strictly according to the operating instructions, and the color shall be uniform.
Application: apply the mixed adhesive on the surface of adherend with steel blade or similar tools. When we adhere the steel plate or anchor rebar, ensure that the adhesive is full and without bubbles in the adhesive place or anchor hole.

11. Notes
Make sure to construct after they are mixed completely in strict accordance with the weight proportion until the color is uniform.
Polish and coarsen during construction.
The construction temperature should not be below 0℃, and it would be best to heat the colloid to 30-40℃ for construction during cold winter.
Do not move the adhered objects when they are not completely cured, excess adhesive should not be put back into original packing barrels.

13. Tool Protection
Tools should be cleaned immediately after being used.
Adhesive agent not cured can be scraped or cleaned with acetone.
13. Safety Cautions
Workplace must be ventilated.
Safety measures in the workplace: Gloves, mask, eye shield, etc. must be equipped.
Main resin and curing agent both belong to chemical materials. When the eyes and skin are stained, you should wipe them immediately, and then wash them with detergent or clean water. If you do not feel well, you are suggested to visit doctor.
14. Product Storage, Package Specification and Storage & Transportation
Package specification: 5-30kg bag/barrel, the transportation should follow the safety requirements of transportation of combustibles. The valid period is 12 months if the product is sheltered from sunlight and stored in cool place.
